Can I bring a cooler? No
Can I bring chairs and blankets? Yes
What is the refund policy? Unfortunately, tickets will not be refunded; this is a rain or shine event.
What about rain? Please bring your rain gear.
Can I bring water? You may bring in a refillable water bottle.
Can I bring my RV and stay overnight? We are working with the city on this; please stay tuned for more information.
If arriving by bicycle, you must lock up your bike outside the festival grounds, they are not permitted inside of the gates.
Who is the benefactor of the event? Coffee Talk Venice this is a group of volunteers who work towards helping the homeless in our area. These clients include many homeless veterans. They distribute sack lunches and hot meals every Tuesday and Thursday, from 10 AM to noon at a pavilion in Legacy Park, behind the Train Depot. They have a mobile closet and help the homeless during natural disasters.
Prohibited Items
No Pets! No Coolers! No Outside Alcohol! No Outside Food & Drinks! No Backpacks! When you enter you are subject search.
No large purses. All bags are subject to inspection.
Firearms are not allowed.
Pocket knives are not allowed.
Diaper bags for mothers will be inspected by our private security.
No pets, which means - no dogs, no cats, no birds, no lizards, no fish, NOTHING!
No tents or oversized beach umbrellas or chairs that block viewing
for other guests.
No personal musical instruments.
